Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including packaging and all included components. Items showing wear, modification, or damage may not qualify.

We do not charge restocking fees. No restocking fee is deducted from an approved refund.

Installed, used, or modified equipment is not eligible for return under any circumstances. Products damaged due to improper handling or installation are excluded.

Customers must report damaged or defective items within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Upon validation, AceFlex LLC may offer replacement, repair, or refund at its discretion. Resolution is subject to supplier policies and product availability.
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has shipped and receive a full refund. This also applies if order processing has already started. No cancellation or processing fees apply to cancellations before shipment.
To request cancellation, email info@aceflex.us with your order number before shipment. Once the order has shipped, the return conditions in this policy apply.
If AceFlex LLC cancels an order due to an error, fraud concerns, or inventory limitations, any payment received for the canceled order will be refunded in full.
AceFlex LLC does not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
This process ensures accurate inventory handling and product selection. Exchange requests are treated as separate transactions.

Any manufacturer warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms. AceFlex LLC does not independently guarantee manufacturer claims.
To the extent permitted by law, AceFlex LLC disclaims liability for defects, failures, or performance issues attributable to manufacturers or suppliers.

Installers, contractors, and commercial buyers are solely responsible for system design, compliance with applicable codes, and proper installation practices.
AceFlex LLC is not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from professional use, resale, or integration into larger systems.
Customers agree to contact AceFlex LLC directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. This allows for proper investigation and resolution.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may be considered a violation of these Terms. AceFlex LLC reserves the right to dispute unjustified claims.
Where a chargeback is initiated, all relevant documentation, including order records and delivery confirmation, may be provided to financial institutions for review.
To the maximum extent permitted under Florida law, AceFlex LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use or return.
This includes installation costs, system failures, project delays, or loss of revenue. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
