  • Ensure the delivery address is accessible for large trucks
  • Confirm that someone is available to receive the shipment
  • Check your email/phone for delivery appointment scheduling

Upon Delivery

  • Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt

    • Broken packaging
    • Missing items

If damage is visible:
